We hope those of you who have purchased from us before realise that we are genuinely decent and ethical people, but to avoid confusion for those who may not yet have done business wih us, please read our refunds policy before making your order.
That said, we are reasonable people and will always hear you out if you feel you need to discuss any concerns!
Arkham’s Botanical Refunds Policy
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations, which gives consumers extra protection when buying online.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. However, please be aware that we cannot accept returns for live plants, nor seeds that have been sown, botanicals that have been ground up, or similar.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us in the condition you originally received them, e.g. unsown and in their original packaging, to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any goods returned to us in a worse condition than you received them.
International Refunds Policy
While we will of course be happy to resolve any issues should there be a problem with your order prior to our sending it out to you, we regret that – as per our Terms and Conditions – we cannot be held responsible for deliveries once they have entered the international postal system.
While we will only ever ship our products to countries where it is entirely legal to do so, it is your personal responsibility to check the laws of your own country prior to making any orders.
