Argyreia nervosa | ‘Adhoguda’, ‘Elephant Creeper’, ‘Hawaiian Baby Woodrose’, ‘HBWR’, ‘Vidhara’, ‘Woolly Morning Glory’ | 25 seeds
An essential addition to any ethnobotanical collection, Argyreia nervosa is a popular perennial climbing vine of the Convolvulaceae, originally native to the Indian subcontinent but now widespread to many countries around the world.
Growing easily in USDA Hardiness Zones 9-11, it is prized for its aesthetic and medicinal qualities, although is considered to be invasive in some areas. The two botanical varieties of the species, var. nervosa and var. speciosa, are used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine and may also have been used ritually by Huna shamans.
All the seed sold by Arkham’s Botanical was freshly and ethically sourced
